Last Auto news - Fresh-faced Range Rover in light show

Last Auto news - Fresh-faced Range Rover in light show Prototype was caught on test, and camouflage covered its LED lamps.
Here are the pictures that prove the Range Rover is going under the knife. In a bid to freshen the look of its luxury SUV - which first went on sale in 2002, and was revamped in 2006 - Land Rover is bringing in LED technology with new light clusters front and rear, plus a fresh front bumper with revised foglamps. Inside, the emphasis will be on improving the quality and luxury of the flagship off-roader further.
Under the bonnet, the Range Rover gets two new engines that recently debuted in models launched by sister firm Jaguar. First is the 271bhp 3.0-litre V6 twin-turbodiesel from the XF Diesel S. This entry-level powerplant boasts 600Nm of torque, which will be perfectly suited to off-road work. New petrol engines will comprise two 5.0-litre V8s: a naturally aspirated 385bhp unit and a 500bhp supercharged powerplant. The latter recently debuted in Jaguar’s XFR and XKR. Sales of the facelifted Range Rover will start later this year
